Wayne Miller has had over 40 years experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing, having held various positions up to and including Plant Manager.  He has spent his entire career in manufacturing.  In July 1999, he began his career as an Executive Recruiter with MRI-Charlotte, a Top-Ten office out of 1,100 offices worldwide.  After only 6 months, in January 2000 he was recognized in the top-ten of all recruiters in the MRI system, #1 in manufacturing.  Mr. Miller has been recognized for  exceeding $4,000,000 Career Cash-In.  In 2003, Mr. Miller opened THR Partners.
